The IAFLL Executive Committee is inviting bids to host a future IAFLL conference, to take place in 2028 or 2029.
We are especially keen to hear from institutions in regions and on continents that have never hosted an IAFLL conference, or have not done so recently (for example, South America, North America, and Australia) and from institutions hosting for the first time. All proposals are very welcome!
Full guidance on what your proposal should cover, including dates, location, safety, venue and facilities, accommodation, registration fees, and the organising committee, is set out in our Conference Proposal Guidelines, available at iafll.org/host-a-conference.
Proposals should be emailed to the IAFLL Executive Committee at executive@iafll.org by 15 November 2026.
