The IAFLL is pleased to offer two travel bursaries of up to £500 each for PhD students who have had an abstract accepted for an oral presentation at the 2024 IAFLL Conference, held at Aston University Birmingham between 24-27 June. Winners will also have their conference fee waived (Early Bird Concession IAFLL Member rate, £150). If you would like to be considered for a bursary, please send a copy of your acceptance notification as well as a 150-word statement outlining why you should be awarded the travel bursary to the IAFLL Executive Secretary, Dr Felicity Deamer, f.deamer@aston.ac.uk by Sunday 10th March 2024, 23:59 UK time.
Please note that in order to be considered you must hold an active membership of the IAFLL.
After the conference you will be invited to submit receipts of travel costs you have incurred (flight, train, accommodation, visa, etc.) for reimbursement of up to £500.
